What is a SPA and how can it help you? 

The vocabulary root of the word SPA comes from the Greek (500 B.C.).The SPA itself originated from the Belgians - where the concept existed that by either drinking from or dipping themselves in the hot springs that were indigenous to a village called Spau, they could rid themselves of illness. Thus, health or relaxation through water – Solus Per Aqua (SPA) – including steam, Jacuzzi or other water treatments came into being.
